JRF系列燃煤热风炉

概述
■ 我厂制造的JRF系列立筒式金属体燃煤间接加热热风炉产品，是由中国农业工程研究设计院设计，经过五次升级换代达到了国内领先水平，并于一九八九年二月二日获得国家专利技术产品。该炉采用了集燃烧与换热为一体，以炉体高温部位进行换热的最新间接加热技术。烟气和空气各走其道，加热绝对无污染，热效率高达65~80%，升温快，体积小，安装方便，使用可靠，且价格低（与1吨锅炉相比，该加热系统只相当于锅炉加热系统价格的一半）。采取了耐高温措施，从而使其寿命比列管式热风炉大大提高，输出热风温度可达到300℃，采用特殊设计输出热风温度可达500~800℃，同时采用了烟气纵向冲刷散热片和负压吸式排烟方式，换热部位不积灰尘，无须清理，热性能稳定。可使用各种煤或柴作燃料，并配有二次进风装置，燃烧完全。该炉的各项技术指标均达到国内领先水平。
■ 该炉为通用性热风装置，与各种物料的干燥设备配套使用。广泛用于粮食、种子、饲料、果品、脱水蔬菜、响菇、木耳、银耳、茶叶、烟叶等农产品、食品、医药品、化工原料、轻重工业产品的加热除湿，还可用于各种设施的加热几库房除湿等。
■ 目前该炉已形成十个产品，三大系列，其输出热量为：
