概述 ■ 在制药、医药行业“GMP”管理中，对药品及与药品接触的器具进行灭菌、消除热源的要求将越来越高。 ■ 本公司积累了长期设计、制造各种电热灭菌箱的经验，消化吸收了国外同类产品的优点，并结合我国国情，精心设计、开发了GMH系列干热灭菌烘箱。该装置符合GMP标准的要求，为国内制药行业GMP改造、提供了可靠的设备。
特点 ■ 以电能为热源（干热），可长期在250℃温度下灭菌，为消除热源提供了可靠的保证。 ■ 工作温度由程序设计或（根据要求）采用PLC电脑控制，对内部温度可自动记录。 ■ 出风口装有高效空气过滤器，防止了外界对内部的污染。 ■ 内部装有高温高效过滤器，内部循环热风经高温高效空气过滤器过滤，保证了进入有效空间的热风达到100级洁净要求。 ■ 位于二个不同洁净区的双扇门受电气或PLC电脑控制，保证了各洁净区之间的隔离，防止了由于误操作而引起的不符合GMP要求的事故发生。 ■ 本装置的设计符合GMP规范。全部材料采用进口不锈钢制作，氩弧焊焊接。内外壁表面精密抛光。
