QG系列气流干燥机

概述
◆ 气流干燥机又称瞬间、闪急干燥机，是我国60年代开始在制药、化工等行业应用。我厂建厂伊始就引进国内外先进技术，为制药、化工食品等行业提供优质气流干燥设备。十多年来不断改进提高发展以下三大系列气流干燥机QG系列、FG系列、GFF系列。

特点
◆ 干燥强度大、设备投资省、蒸发能力大，可达50kgH2O/h-2000kg H2O/h;
◆ 干燥时间短，适用于热敏性物料，成品不与外界接触，无污染，质量好；
◆ 设备成套提供，热源可选择蒸汽加热或配套使用燃煤、燃气、燃气热风炉等。

QG系列
◆基本型气流干燥设备，适用于松散状、粘性小、成品为颗粒及粉末的物料。此流程示意为负压气流干燥，用户可根据产品特性选择正压形式的干燥方法。

FG系列
◆具有尾气循环使用，比一般气流干燥机节能30%的优点，适用于无粘性、松散状物料，成品为颗粒及粉末。
