应用范围
■ 医药：流浸膏、维生素、动物胶、酵母、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶等。
■ 食品：奶蛋制品，奶油、富脂奶粉、代乳粉、蛋清（黄）等食物植物汁。鸡精、咖啡、速溶茶、鱼猪肉蛋白质、土豆、大豆、花生蛋白质等。
■ 糖类：玉米、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、果胶、山梨酸钾、麦芽糖等。
■ 洗涤剂：乳化剂、增白剂、分散剂、苏打粉、肥皂粉、磷酸剂、普通洗衣粉、高效洗衣粉等。
■ 化工：染料、颜料、树脂、白碳黑、陶瓷等。
工作原理
■将一定的粉体物料放入流化床内做为晶种，液态物料经泵送至喷咀雾化器，首先与喷雾用高温空气瞬间接触除去大部分水份，残余水份则在底部流化床低温干燥完成，并同时成粒。
